Kulwinder Singh Gill, a dedicated Senior Manager, has been working with us, where he functions as a compliance team member. In this capacity, his duties involve crafting Risk Assessments and Management plans for NDIS Participants, aimed at facilitating support staff in assisting participants effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, he is also part of the Incident Management team, responsible for managing Incident reports and ensuring their prompt distribution to relevant stakeholders.

With a solid background in Information Technology, Cert 4 in disability, Cert 4 in Mental Health and a Diploma in Community Services, He is committed to upholding exemplary professional standards and ethical principles in all aspects of my work. His extensive experience further enhances his proficiency in navigating various domains effectively.
