Crystal Ingram

A qualified Developmental Educator and NDIS registered advanced Behaviour Practitioner.

Crystal has worked in many areas of the disability field, including many years as a support worker in various settings. Crystal has experiences working with a variety of conditions, ranging from Multiple and Complex Disabilities, comorbid conditions of Mental Health issues/diagnoses, and trauma histories.

Crystal is working as a Clinical Lead within My Support My Way to develop, establish and deliver Behavioural Support and other Therapy Services. The perspective is that Crystal will work, and lead other Behaviour Practitioners and Allied Health Therapist, to deliver these supports to NDIS participants, with the overall goal of developing skills, meeting needs, providing training, and addressing behaviours of concern, supporting an individual, and their support networks, to enhance their engagement and Quality of Life.
